If you wish to transfer to a different Membership category, you will be required to complete the transfer form by Saturday 18^th May 2024. 

All transfers between Membership categories, including pre-approved transfers, will take effect on 1st June 2024.
(Transfer requests will not be approved and active unless payment is received or a payment plan request submitted).

Please note: All transfers must remain in their new category for the full Membership year.

If you are a Playing Member and wish to put your Membership on ‘hold’, it is recommended that you transfer to the Retention Membership. Please note this transfer will be for the full Membership year.

Category Eligibility Conditions below:

Special Members: Anyone eligible for Special Membership will be automatically transferred to this category. To be eligible for Special Membership, Members must meet the age and Membership duration requirements and have been in a Full Playing Membership category for the 5 years immediately prior to attaining Special Membership.

Student Members: Must provide written proof that they are in full time studies annually to remain in this category.

Retention Plus Members: Must remain in this class of Membership for a minimum of 12 Months and a Maximum of 24 months. Restricted access to competition tee times is subject to the Membership class prior to being granted this Membership status, and subject to tee time availability (i.e. 7 Day Member can transfer to Retention+ 7 Day Member).

Retention Members: Must remain on this class of Membership for a minimum of 12 Months. Full access to clubhouse facilities, retains your Membership at LRGC and your GA handicap; however, for the duration no playing or practice rights.

From the above restricted categories (excluding Special Membership) Members can return to a full playing Membership category at the start of the new Membership year (1 June) subject to request, without having to repay a joining fee or join the existing waitlist for Membership.
