{"id":4918,"date":"2024-04-30T00:30:15","date_gmt":"2024-04-30T00:30:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/longreef.miclub.com.au\/cms\/?p=4918"},"modified":"2024-07-02T01:21:00","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T01:21:00","slug":"lrgc-membership-subscriptions-2024-25","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/longreef.miclub.com.au\/cms\/2024\/04\/lrgc-membership-subscriptions-2024-25\/","title":{"rendered":"LRGC Membership Subscriptions 2024\/25"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"fall-back text-left\">Incredibly another Membership year is concluding, and it has been very busy. 12 months of favourable weather has seen great utilisation of the Golf Course from our Members and also significant projects completed including the Bunker Master Plan, upgrades to our Kitchen and Functions Rooms and the change in management of the Golf Shop, including an upgrade to the Golf Shop and its services.<\/p>\n<div class=\"edit\">\n<div class=\"edit\">\n<p>As we move forward into the 2024\/25 Membership year, it is opportune to inform you of the new Membership subscription fees that will be taking effect. After careful consideration and review, the Board has decided to increase the Membership subscription fees for the Full Playing 5, 6, and 7 Day categories by 4.5%. This decision was made in light of several factors, including the Club&#8217;s strong financial performance over the past 24 months, above inflationary increasing costs throughout most areas of Golf Course and Clubhouse operations, comparative fees at other Clubs, and future capital improvements planned for the Golf Course and Clubhouse.<\/p>\n<p>The 2024\/25 fees will continue to position Long Reef Golf Club below almost all Northern Beaches Golf Clubs, whilst still ensuring our Club continues to provide the high-quality facilities and services that you as Members value. The strong performance of the non-member activities such as weddings, events, caf\u00e9 trade and social golf have all contributed to improving our facilities while maintaining our Members subscription fee at a rate that represents great value for the offering that is provided.<\/p>\n<p>The 2024\/25 subscriptions for 5, 6, and 7 Day Memberships will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 Day &#8211; $3,435 inclusive of fees and levies<\/li>\n<li>6 Day &#8211; $2,980 inclusive of fees and levies<\/li>\n<li>5 Day &#8211; $2,525 inclusive of fees and levies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other categories such as Junior, Retention, Retention Plus, and Easy Golf have been reviewed including their current offering, ensuring the fees represent the access offered to the Member and not taking value away from the Full Playing categories.<\/p>\n<p>The full schedule of fees can be viewed below, as well as Members Transfer form &amp; Payment Plan request:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/longreef.miclub.com.au\/upload\/wysiwyg\/enews-upload\/Membership%20Subscription%20Instalment%20Schedule%202024-2520240408100009.pdf\">MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS 2024\/25<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/longreef.miclub.com.au\/cms\/membership-transfer-request-form-2024-25\/\">CATEGORY TRANSFER REQUEST FORM<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/longreef.miclub.com.au\/cms\/membership-payment-plan-request\/\">PAYMENT PLAN REQUEST<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"fall-back text-left\">Membership subscription invoices for 2024\/25 have been issued. Please check your junk or spam folder as it is common for the subscription invoice to be diverted here. The email will be sent from office@longreefgolfclub.com.au with the subject &#8220;LRGC Membership Subscription Renewal 2024\/25&#8221;. If you have not received your invoice please contact us to advise.<\/p>\n<div class=\"edit\">\n<div class=\"edit\">\n<p>Given the Golf Shop will only re-open at the end of April, the Board has decided to extend the deadline from end of May to 30 June 2024 for the forfeiture of remaining credit on a Member&#8217;s House, Prize and Ball accounts. This applies to prizes won prior to 1st May 2024 and to the original House credit included in the 2023\/24 subscriptions and will not apply to the Top-up account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>All fees are due by 31 May 2024, and full (5 Day, 6 Day, 7 Day, Special, Gold, Life) Members who make payment in full by this date will receive 3 x visitor guest passes and a dine-in voucher, with a total value of $240.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you again to you our valued Member.
